Bio: Troy was diagnosed with a dormant strain of The Wraith Virus at a very young age. His memory loss was the worst of his symptoms, stressing his parents to the point that they sent him to live with his aunt and uncle. The only thing that helped him handle this was meeting his would-be lover Jack: another Wraith Virus victim. The two ended up getting an apartment of their own, with Jack acting as caretaker for Troy, but as Troy's memory got worse Jack convinced him to enroll at LHA. Troy agreed on the condition that Jack enrolled as well.
Other: Troy and Jack were both assigned Crow Dorm. Though he doesn't suffer memory loss, Jack battles with hallucinations daily.
